Yes. Local collection is available in Sunbury, Victoria for eligible bookings.

Follow the return date and time shown in your booking. Unless otherwise stated, garments are generally returned on the next business day following the event or hire period.

Postal returns must generally be lodged over the Australia Post counter using Express Post by 4:00 PM on the next business day following your event using the provided return satchel.

Late returns may incur a $20 per day fee and may result in additional reasonable costs if another confirmed booking is affected.

No. Standard professional cleaning is included in the hire price. Please do not wash, dry-clean, steam, iron or spot-treat the garment yourself.

Contact Nara Hire Collective as soon as possible and do not attempt to clean or repair the garment yourself.

All hires include a refundable security bond. The amount will be displayed before checkout.

Where no amount is owing, security bonds are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the garment has been returned and inspected.
